- Improving the Audit Process
Case studies and group exercises are also integrated into the training to enhance participants’ understanding of key topics.
MMTC UP also offers an on-site Consultative Internal Audit for companies who need an unbiased evaluation of their current quality management system. The goal of the audit is to evaluate the structure and effectiveness of the current quality management system, identify improvement areas, and identify streamlining opportunities to better fit the quality management system to the company’s current operating environment. The consultation typically involves two days of site review with management and key staff at the company. Following a site debrief with the company, a recommendations and findings report will be provided within one week of the site review.
